PROJECT CHECKLISTS

Prepare the Inputs for Your Current Project Stage

Use these checklists to collect available information and identify open questions. Initial quotation inputs can be provisional; confirm the approved scope before fabrication or dispatch.

BEFORE QUOTATION

RFQ File Checklist

Use before requesting a quotation. Send what is available and clearly mark estimated or unconfirmed inputs.

  • Editable logo or artwork, or the clearest available image with missing source files identified.
  • Finished sign dimensions, quantities and a list of sign types or locations.
  • Wide site photographs and close views of the intended mounting surface.
  • Preferred finish, colors and illumination direction or reference images.
  • Known mounting, cable-exit and destination supply requirements for project review.
  • Delivery destination, target milestones and the requested manufacturing and freight scope.

BEFORE DRAWING

Mounting Input Checklist

Use before drawing approval. The local installer should confirm site conditions and the proposed building interface.

  • Wall or support material and any known concealed-condition limitations.
  • Approved sign position, elevations and controlling dimensions.
  • Fixing restrictions, landlord criteria and access constraints.
  • Proposed direct mount, raceway, backer or other support arrangement.
  • Cable exits, intended power-supply location and access for future service.
  • Required templates, supplied hardware and who approves the final fixing and electrical work.

BEFORE SHIPMENT

Packing Handover Checklist

Use before shipment. Reconcile the packing record with the approved order and installer handover.

  • Finished sign IDs, quantities and the latest approved drawing revision.
  • Protection for visible faces, projecting parts and vulnerable edges.
  • Separately identified hardware, templates and any agreed spare components.
  • Carton or crate labels mapped to the project, site and installation sequence.
  • Agreed packing photographs, package counts and handling information.
  • Installation references, electrical handover documents and the agreed delivery scope.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions Before You Get a Custom Quote

Start with your idea. These answers explain which details can be discussed now and which must be confirmed before production.

Can I order just one sign?

Yes. Custom orders start from 1 piece. If your design includes several letters or parts, we’ll make clear what is included in the quoted sign or set.

Can I order for personal use?

Yes. We welcome custom sign inquiries from both businesses and individuals.

Do I need a finished design before contacting you?

You can start with text, a logo, a sketch, a reference image, or a description of your idea. We’ll review the details needed for your custom quote.

Can I order several signs or different designs?

Yes. Tell us the quantity you need and whether the designs are the same or different, so we can review the requirements for your order.

How is the price of a custom sign calculated?

The price depends on the design, size, materials, finish, lighting options and quantity. Delivery requirements also need to be confirmed for your quote.

Can I submit an RFQ before every checklist item is complete?

Yes. Submit the information available and identify uncertain items. The review will list the missing inputs required before quotation or production.

Do I need final vector artwork for an initial quotation?

Not always. A clear image and approximate dimensions may support an initial review, but production artwork and dimensions must be confirmed before fabrication.

Can PridLED recommend a mounting method?

Options can be reviewed from site photos, wall material, access and sign construction. Final local installation responsibility remains with the installer and relevant project parties.

Can the sign specification be adapted to my project?

Yes. The published specification tables are starting points for review. Confirm the final materials, dimensions, finish, components and documentation in the approved project scope before fabrication.

What should I send if I only have a logo and a site photo?

Send the clearest files available, approximate dimensions, quantity, intended location and the lighting effect you want. Identify missing information so the review can distinguish an initial estimate from the confirmed production scope.

What should be agreed before the signs are dispatched?

Confirm sign and package IDs, quantities, protection, supplied hardware, handover documents and the delivery scope against the approved order. The local project team should separately confirm mounting, electrical connection, access and installation responsibilities.
