CUSTOM LED NEON

Custom LED Neon Signs

Turn a name, message, logo or line drawing into a custom LED neon sign. Explore options for shops, events and personal spaces, starting from 1 sign. Choose the look you like, then discuss size, color, backing, mounting and power.

COMPARE THE OPTIONS

Choose the Neon Style

Choose the visual effect and backing together. These choices can be combined around the artwork.

Single-Color Neon

A consistent illuminated color across the lettering.

Confirm the selected color, artwork and installation environment.

Multi-Color Layout

Different illuminated colors define parts of the artwork.

Confirm the color allocation. This photograph does not establish color-changing operation.

Contour / Shaped Backing

A clear panel follows and supports the graphic outline.

Confirm backing coverage, edges and suspension or fixing points.

Panel-Backed Sign

A defined panel frames the illuminated artwork.

Confirm the panel outline, finish, viewing direction and cable route.

PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION

The Details Behind the Neon Build

Three details to review before the artwork becomes an installed sign.

Neon Path & Bends

Curves and stroke transitions are visible in this script sample. Artwork is translated into buildable illuminated paths; fine details may need adjustment.

Backing & Fixing

The clear backing edge, fixing holes and suspension chains are visible. Backing coverage and fixing positions are reviewed with the artwork.

Neon Components & Power Lead

Illuminated components and wire leads are visible on the workbench. Cable exit and connection locations are confirmed with the mounting layout before production.

WHAT YOU CAN DEFINE

Customize the Neon Build

Bring your existing artwork or a visual reference. We will identify the changes needed for a buildable layout.

Artwork & Neon Path

Lettering, logo geometry and graphic paths are reviewed for a buildable illuminated layout. Very fine details may need adjustment.

Overall Size

Dimensions are reviewed against the artwork, viewing distance and available installation space.

Light Color

Available light colors and the allocation of colors are confirmed for the selected build.

Backing Shape & Finish

Backing coverage, outline and visible finish are reviewed with the artwork and background.

Mounting

Wall-mounted, stand-off, hanging or other confirmed arrangements are reviewed for the project.

Wiring / Control

Cable routing, the power arrangement and any requested control effects are reviewed before specifying a configuration.

PLAN THE INSTALLATION

Backing, Mounting & Power Interface

A site photograph helps connect the sign design to the real installation conditions.

Surface & Mounting

Share the wall, window or support surface and the preferred fixing approach. Backing, alignment and fixing positions are reviewed together.

Viewing Direction & Exposure

Identify where people will see the sign and its actual indoor or outdoor conditions. The proposed build is reviewed for that location.

Cable Exit & Power Location

Mark the preferred cable exit and driver location. The sign’s low-voltage circuit and the site power input are separate parts of the power arrangement; both need confirmation.

Service Access

Leave room to reach connections and power components. Share access restrictions before the mounting and wiring layout is agreed.

MANUFACTURING REFERENCES

From Artwork to Wiring & Lighting Test

The agreed artwork, backing and installation details guide the build.

01

Layout Review

Artwork is reviewed as manufacturable illuminated paths. Fine strokes, transitions, backing and cable positions are agreed before component preparation.

02

Backing / Component Preparation

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions About LED Neon Signs

Can you build from my existing logo artwork?

Share the logo file or a clear reference with an approximate size. We review the lettering, graphic paths and backing before defining a buildable layout.

What if parts of my artwork are too detailed for the neon layout?

Fine strokes, tight spaces or small details may need adjustment. Any proposed changes are reviewed with you before the layout is agreed.

Can I request a single-color or color-changing effect?

Tell us the desired effect and where the sign will be used. Available colors are confirmed for the selected build. A changing effect requires a separately confirmed profile, control and wiring configuration; a multicolor photograph alone does not establish that capability.

What backing options can be reviewed for my project?

Share whether you prefer a shaped outline or a defined panel, and how visible the backing should be. Coverage, finish, fixing points and cable routing are reviewed together.

What information do you need for mounting and power?

Send a site photograph, installation surface, preferred mounting approach, cable exit and proposed power-component location. Include access restrictions and any known site power information.

Can an approved design be used for repeat production?

Provide the approved artwork or drawing reference and the planned quantity. We confirm the applicable build, finish and installation details for the repeat order.
