Questions About Custom Logo Signs
Can you build from my existing logo artwork?
Yes. Share the artwork or a usable reference with the size and effect you have in mind. We review the outline, details, materials and proposed construction before preparing the production reference.
What if my logo is too detailed for the selected construction?
We review fine strokes, gaps, layer joins and lighting paths with the intended size. If a detail needs adjustment or a different construction, we discuss it with you before production.
When is a prototype recommended?
A prototype is useful when drawings alone cannot settle a finish, material combination, lighting effect or unfamiliar assembly. The sample scope is agreed during review; it is not required for every order.
Can an approved logo design be reused for repeat production?
An agreed drawing or sample can provide the starting reference for a repeat order. We confirm that the size, finish, components and site requirements remain suitable before releasing production.
What should I send for a quotation?
Start with your logo file or reference, approximate size, quantity and destination. Add a site photograph or preferred lighting effect if available; missing details can be identified during review.
Can the mounting approach be confirmed after the first review?
Yes, you can begin with the information available. Fixing positions, cable exits and the supplied mounting scope must then be agreed before the relevant construction is released for production.
