MANUFACTURING PROCESS
What Happens After Drawing Approval
The approved drawing connects four production stages. Detailed methods depend on the sign construction and project requirements.

Process the materials
Cut, route and form metal or acrylic components to the approved drawing.
02
Fabricate & finish
Weld, grind and finish the sign body; review edges, surfaces and structural assembly.
03
Assemble the lighting
Fit LED modules, wiring and drivers around the agreed voltage, cable exits and access.
04
Inspect & pack
Review dimensions, finish, lighting and hardware before preparing the agreed packing scope.
BUYER REVIEW
What Buyers Can Verify Before Shipment
Agree the review points for your project: dimensions, finish, illumination, supplied hardware and packing.
Lighting & finished-sign review
Review electrical function, illumination consistency and visible finish. Confirm any project-specific test or aging requirements before production.
Packing & project handover
Confirm sign components, mounting hardware, labels and protective packing against the agreed shipment scope.
