Will manufacturing start before the production reference is approved?
Fabrication follows the agreed production reference. Required dimensions, construction and component details need to be confirmed before that reference is released.
Which manufacturing processes are completed in-house?
The workshop stages include CNC and laser processing, metal fabrication, acrylic work, surface finishing, assembly and wiring. The required scope depends on the sign construction.
Can PridLED manufacture one custom set?
Custom orders start from 1 piece. Tell us whether you need one sign, several signs or a complete letter set; the quote will state the included parts. Prototype scope, where needed, is discussed separately.
Can production photos be provided during the order?
Relevant fabrication, assembly and pre-packing photos may be provided. Agree the stages and records required for your order before production begins.
Can repeat orders follow an approved production reference?
Approved drawings, material and finish references, component selections and project codes can support repeat production. Confirm any changes before the next order is released.
