Do I need a finished design before contacting you?
You can start with text, a logo, a sketch, a reference image, or a description of your idea. We’ll review the details needed for your custom quote.
Which files can I send?
Upload one PDF, JPG or PNG file up to 20 MB. A multi-page PDF can include artwork, dimensions and site photos. If you have editable vector files or a larger file set, mention this in your project notes so a suitable transfer method can be agreed.
What installation information is most useful?
Include the mounting surface, available depth, power access, cable route, destination voltage, site photos and any landlord or local approval constraints.
How are uploaded files used during project review?
Artwork, drawings and site photos are reviewed together with the project notes to identify missing dimensions, construction, mounting, voltage or delivery inputs before quotation.
