CAPABILITY FAQ
Questions About Engineering and Production Control
Clarify what can be reviewed and documented before placing a custom order.
Can PridLED work from incomplete artwork or site information?
Yes. Initial artwork, dimensions and site photos can be reviewed to identify missing information. Production begins only after the required construction, mounting and electrical inputs are confirmed.
What production evidence can be provided?
Depending on the order, evidence can include material and fabrication photos, dimensional checks, illumination tests, component labels, packing photos and shipment references.
Can component options be reviewed for destination compliance requirements?
Share the destination and any specified component or documentation requirements during review. Available options and supporting documents must be confirmed for the specific order; component documentation does not certify the complete sign or installation.
How are repeat orders controlled?
Approved drawings, finish references, component selections, packing methods and project identifiers can be retained as the production reference for later orders.

Start with Your Idea
Tell us your idea, even if the size or materials are undecided. One sign or a larger order can start with text, a logo, a sketch or a reference image. Production drawings and any mounting or electrical details are confirmed before manufacture.
