PARTNER FAQ
Before Your First Partner Order
Resolve the handoff, branding and repeat-order questions before production begins.
Can the shipment and documents remain unbranded?
Specify branding and confidentiality arrangements before order confirmation. Agree neutral presentation while retaining necessary product identification and transport information.
Can I order one sign or set?
Yes. You can order one complete sign or set as a finished custom order. We’ll make clear which letters, parts and accessories are included in the quote. If you need a prototype before a larger order, tell us what you want to review.
Can approved drawings be reused for later orders?
Yes. Approved drawings, component choices, finish references and packing notes can be retained under a consistent project code. Identify any changes when requesting the repeat order.
Can different projects be consolidated for shipping?
Consolidation can be reviewed against production timing, carton dimensions, destination and the protection required for each sign type.
