Our MOQ is 1 piece. We accept small orders and sample orders for custom LED signs, channel letters, and light boxes.

How long is the production lead time?

Standard production takes 7-15 working days after artwork confirmation. Urgent orders can be expedited.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide via DHL/FedEx express for small orders, and sea freight for bulk shipments. We regularly ship to USA, France, UK, Germany, Australia, and over 50 countries.

What warranty do you provide?

All our LED signs come with a 2-year warranty, covering LED modules, power supply, and wiring. We provide free replacement parts for manufacturing defects.
