What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?+
We accept orders from 1 piece for most custom signs. There is no strict minimum — whether you need a single reception logo or a chain store rollout, we can help.
What is the typical lead time?+
Standard production takes 3–7 business days after artwork and drawing approval. Express service is available for urgent projects — ask us when you send your inquiry.
Can I order a single sample or prototype first?+
Yes. We accept single-piece samples and approval prototypes. A sample order lets you verify materials, finish, brightness and color before committing to full production. Sample cost is credited toward your bulk order. Typical sample lead time is 7–10 business days.
What file formats do you need for production?+
We work with AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, DWG, DXF or high-resolution reference photos. If you only have a sketch or photo, our team can redraw it into production-ready artwork.
How do I pay?+
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer). Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Sample orders can be paid by T/T or PayPal. For repeat or large-volume orders, flexible terms can be discussed.
What trade terms do you offer?+
We work with EXW (our factory in Shishi, Fujian) and FOB Xiamen. For customers who prefer door-to-door delivery, we can also quote CIF or DAP — just tell us your destination port or address and we will include freight in the quote.
What shipping methods do you use?+
For samples and small orders: DHL express (3–5 days). For larger orders: air freight (7–10 days) or sea freight by container (25–35 days). We will recommend the most cost-effective option based on your order size and destination.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. We have shipped to customers in 30+ countries including the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, UAE, Mexico and across Southeast Asia.
What is your warranty?+
LED signs come with a 2-year warranty on LED modules and power supplies, covering manufacturing defects. We provide replacement parts and technical support.
Can I customize the size, color and font?+
100% custom. Every sign is made to your exact dimensions, PMS color, font and mounting requirements. We produce both indoor and outdoor rated signs.
Do you provide installation instructions?+
Yes. Every order includes a wiring diagram, mounting template and installation guide. Our team also provides remote support via WhatsApp or video call during installation.
How do I get a quote?+
Use the contact form on our website, send us a message on WhatsApp, or email {email}. Please include your design, size, quantity and destination country for an accurate quote.
Can you match my brand colors?+
Yes. We match PMS colors for paint and acrylic. For RGB or color-changing signs, we can program specific colors to match your brand guidelines.
What is the difference between front-lit and halo-lit signs?+
Front-lit signs emit light from the front face, making them highly visible in daylight. Halo-lit (backlit) signs project a soft glow onto the wall behind, creating a premium, elegant look. We can also combine both in one sign.
