1. Custom Orders
All signs are custom-made to your specifications. Once artwork and technical drawings are approved, production begins. Changes after approval may incur additional costs and delay lead times.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing depends on size, materials, quantity, lighting type and installation requirements. Final price is confirmed after drawing approval.
3. Payment Terms
Standard payment: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment. T/T (bank transfer) is standard. Other payment methods can be discussed for established customers.
4. Lead Time
Production typically takes 10–20 business days depending on order size and complexity. Shipping time is additional (express: 3–5 days, sea freight: 25–35 days).
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms can be EXW, FOB or CIF as agreed. Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes in their country. We provide all necessary export documentation.
6. Warranty
LED signs come with a 2-year warranty on LED modules and power supplies, covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, weathering, or unauthorized repairs.
7. Returns & Claims
Claims for damaged or defective goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will offer replacement parts, credit or re-production at our discretion.
